"Extremely rude, always pushing customers away if they don't want to work on them. Always saying "we're really really busy! you have to wait long time!" Even when there is only 2 people being worked on. Never does the right color the customer wants. Always rough and hard on customers hands. Works rushed though looking like a kid did them! Don't recommend them and sure won't go back."

"Worst manicure I have ever paid for. The polish was applied unevenly and was applied all up on my cuticles. So they are lumpy and look messy, and are going to lift off right away. A couple had air bubbles and some were filed unevenly too. This isn't my usual nail spot and I will never be coming here again. My boyfriend took me for my birthday and I didn't want to make him feel bad that they were so horrible, so I didn't say anything while there. Lesson learned and avoid this place at all costs."

"I went there because I broke one of my nails and it was the only place open and my nails have never looked more awful the guy was rude. He didn’t even do the right color I sent the picture to my mom and she asked if a toddler did my nails. My boyfriend was with me and the guys doing my nails kept asking him if he could put a new outlet in for him because he is a electrician he kept saying no they are already so busy and the guy kept going at him to do it. He also over charged me and I wasn’t going to leave a tip but he rolled his eyes and made me feel bad about myself until I did. I Would never I mean NEVER recommend this place"

"Happy Nails & Spa salon always greets you with a smile and Wendy does an amazing job. She is very detail oriented. I am never disappointed after going there. July 2022 - Update: I recently went for a manicure and had a young woman do my nails. They came out horribly. They did not cure properly so they chipped within days and broke. She took a very long time but was clearly inexperienced. My nails are a mess after a few days. I now know to call and ask for Wendy specifically"
