"Had extensions put in they didn’t even come close to matching my hair they were never blended I’ve been trying to contact her since to get the rest of my hair that she kept. Horrible service. She was all over the place trying to do my hair. I have been in contact with the cosmetologist board in looking for further assistance. Do not use her for your hair if you want it done nicely. Won’t return messages what so ever and has 1/2 of my weft left that she will not return."

I admit that I was a little intimidated when I looked up Gem Studio, because of the many non-hair services offered. Well, I'm so glad I booked an appointment with Miranda. Things I look for in a salon: (1) Ability to cut my problematic (super thin, super fine) hair; (2) price; (3) atmosphere; (4) personality of my hairdresser. I'd love to give Miranda more than 5 stars on each of those. I highly recommend her. I have finally found my "home" salon. She did a wonderful job and my hair looks fabulous!"
