"I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I shared with the team my concerns about how my manicure turned out and how I was feeling very rushed at the end of my appointment they never had time to dry. She is a sweet girl doing great things for our community but I was definitely rushed as scheduling was not done right and she needed to leave. I have been waiting for a call from the manager to talk out the situation and nothing. I am now requesting a refund for the manicure portion of my appointment! "I had a first time appt at the Beauty Bar (BB) today for nails. I have tried SO many salons in Lewiston-auburn, even tried Augusta and Westbrook- always found myself dissatisfied. At BB, not only was Cindy calming and lovely, I left so happy with my nails. She even spent extra time on me but I didn’t feel rushed…ever. The salon is really nice too, fresh, bright and delightful. Felt like I was at a real salon. It’s been so long I forgot what I was missing. I will definitely be back,just wished I found you sooner. Mrs J"
