"This review has nothing to do with the help I received and more so the lack of l knowledge when it comes to what should be used for ethnic hair. I am the person that I don’t go in a place like Sally’s and ask for suggestions. If I want suggestions I’ll ask my hair dresser not someone who has absolutely no knowledge of what should and shouldn’t go into my hair. because I know the products better than the employees. I mean I have to as a black woman I can’t just put anything on my hair. Mielle Organics was a black owned company before like all the others they sold their souls to P&G. P&G loves to take black products and make them a diverse product tweaking formulas and adding ingredients that cater to caucasian Americans. We can’t have anything. So when this non ethnic sales lady pointed out products from the brand my friend and I laughed because she just showed us what we didn’t want to by. That was rude of me I should have explained to her as to why I wouldn’t never look at that product twice. I was tired and just over looking. I don’t expect a city like Auburn to cater to me, my people aren’t really in the area if we’re being honest. We asked for a color deposit shampoo, and of course the guy suggest every thing that is absolutely wrong for our hair. One thing that I learned with this visit is the sales employees do not know how to properly help those who have ethnic hair because everything they suggested for my hair and my friend’s hair was a major no go. Also look online before you buy. I live in Florida and am from Kentucky in the last 2 months I’ve been to a Sally’s in both states this one is definitely overpricing some of their products. I was able to save $7 on one product from just buying it online (no promo or discount)."

"The website and app are not user friendly. I hate that when they are out of a product they just cancel your order instead of sending when it becomes available. When ordering it does not tell you that it is out of stock. The last time I ordered, I paid with a gift certificate and a product wasn’t available. Nothing shows me what happened to that money on the gift card, why is it not not saved on my account? When I go to the payment section on my account it does not list any payments but that is not true because my card is saved when I place orders. Just very frustrating to use!"

"Nice small store in town. Great deals and other diversified products. Nice service could improve on their friendliness and assistance to the customer. My aunt got a buy one get one deal. So we came out with four hair coloring kit. I wish I could have found a set for beard products."
