"The store had a large paper cutter on a table that extended last the work station. Very dangerous and there were no indicators to warn customers of it. My youngest hit his head on it and they gave us an ice pack when I asked if they had one. Despite this there was not any acknowledgement of fault or apology for an unsafe work environment. The store should find a different location for this piece of equity or have proper warning signage."

"I was at Staples a few weeks ago to get passport photos for my kids. Unfortunately, the photos came out a little bit dark. I thought the images would be fine, but a postal clerk said they were too dark and needed to be replaced with brighter ones. I then shared my experience in a Staples survey. I was surprised to receive a call from an assistant store manager shortly after to apologize for any inconvenience and offered a complete refund over the phone. I'm not sure what made passport photos to come out dark, but I must commend them for quick response and excellent customer service. Thank you"

"Staples offers a lot of services beyond having office supplies and printers and laptops. They offer free recycling of printers and printer cartridges. You can bring your old inkjet printer here and they will gladly take it. They also have a place to grind up and chop up your mail by the pound– I did not know that. Staples has arrived for a long time. They’ve got good local folks, and a good supply of electronics and some good benefits for the general public."

"Store was well light and had nice displays. Gaming chairs in lobby are ultimate level of comfort. Technical support was helpful in chosing product. Sadly, checking out was a nightmare. The manager tried to help but even he could not get payment to process. Faulty equipment, he said. Lucky, I had my charge card and he even fumbled trying to make that work. Dear upper management, please send some new equipment to this location and give check clerks more training."
