"Horrible experience with this company. Nothing but problems throughout the whole job. Didn’t provide things they said they would and the cabinets are garbage. They're already falling apart and we've only had them in our new kitchen for a year and a half. Said they would send someone out to fix them and that was months ago. No one came out and no response. My builder stopped using them because he said all his jobs had problems like this. Stay away from this nightmare of a company."

"Kitchen Direct is run poorly. Not on time with responses, you have to call, email repeatedly to get responses. He takes no responsibility for his actions or lack of. We overpaid for our cabinets. After less than a year, pieces of the cabinet are breaking off and the doors do not close. Peter will not help as he received his money. If you have to have your kitchen redone, do not go here."

"From the moment we walked into Kitchens Direct, we experienced professional, friendly and excellent customer service. Peter took the time to sit with us to design our kitchen and gave us outstanding recommendations to make it the kitchen that we always dreamed of. He was very detailed and always confirmed with us our choices. His staff was excellent and his designer was extremely helpful to help choose the little details such as cabinet handles, subway tiles, quartz, etc that really put the finishing touches to the kitchen remodel. The process of choosing cabinets, picking out countertop and farm sink were really easy with their professional assistance and great showroom. They really took the time with all the details. Peter and Erika made special onsite visits to bring counter and cabinet samples to us.Erika accompanied me to Lowe’s to help pick out backsplash too.
