"On November 28, 2023, I took a picture of a vacuum cleaner price tag at Lowes in Seekonk, MA that was priced at $349.99. The price tag indicated that this price was valid through November 29, 2023. I intended to purchase the vacuum that day, but I did not have my credit card with me. I returned to the store on November 29 to purchase the vacuum, but to find out that the price had increased to $399.99. I showed the appliance manager the picture I had taken on November 28, but he refused to adjust the price stating the prices are set by the corporate and cannot be adjusted. I am very dissapointed by Lowes Seekonk, MA inability to adhere to the prices displayed on their shelves."

"Two main gripes: 1/ store is severely understaffed. Every department. I’ve tried to talk to management. Meanwhile Home Depot just down the road has multiple ppl in every department- especially paint- at all times. And I’ve gone multiple times a week for months. I’ve tried to talk to management to find out why but they completely blow it off. Lumber has no self cut trim area, where as HD does. (If Lowe’s does it’s so hard to find I’ve never found it.) 2) Paint dept mixed my paint wrong not once but twice. Second time I was given a discount which I appreciated, but I still lost a whole evening and morning of work because of it. Time = $$ 1 star because they are open and exist"
