"We own one of your antique tiger maple beds and got a new mattress from a different company that was much higher than our previous one. I dealt with very helpful, knowledgeable staff to help me fix the problem! They sent me lower brackets at no charge as long as I send back the original ones. They looked at my photos of the bed and offered advice on making the bed shorter so that I can climb in and out with ease! The bed is a one of a kind and I love having it my home..looking forward to adding a nightstand to our collection!"
