"Your company's limited lifetime warranty at the time of purchase demonstrated to us that you stand behind your products, and therefore, was a factor in our choosing a Latham pool. We were disappointed when shortly after installation our pool began to show material defects and over three years later, we are still waiting for a repair. 2020 • August 5, 2020. We took delivery of our new Latham Olympia 16 fiberglass pool. • August 7, 2020. We began to fill the pool with water as installation began. • September 10, 2020, 36 days after delivery, we noticed a portion of the step was beginning to chip off. On this day, we sent pictures to our pool contractor to begin the warranty process. • September 14, 2020. Our pool contractor confirmed that Latham had been informed and the warranty process had begun. • Months went by, and the frustration grew as the damaged area expanded, resulting in significant fiberglass damage. Despite multiple inquiries from our pool contractor to Latham, no progress was made. 2022 • September 2022. We took it upon ourselves to contact Latham directly and file an additional warranty claim. • October 5, 2022. More than TWO years later, we received an email from Sarah at Latham that the warranty claim was approved. • With the approval we were told to take care of reinforcing, draining, and refilling the pool ourselves, but repairs will be addressed. It is frustrating to incur these expenses after having the pool for less than 45 days before we noticed the issue. 2023 • March 23, 2023. We received a message from Latham that our claim had been placed with one of the approved vendors and would be contacted to schedule the repair. • June 12, 2023. We contacted Latham support inquiring when the repairs would be scheduled since we hadn’t heard from them. No response. • August 15, 2023. We sent an email to Mr. Rajeski, CEO and numerous other contacts asking for an update. • August 21, 2023. We received an email from Catherine at Latham support with the following message; “We have you set up with our vendor and we will reach out as soon as our vendor is in your area”. 2024 We are still waiting. We are extremely disappointed with the warranty service provided by Latham Pools. We've been waiting for over three years for a repair, and to make matters worse, they are insisting on making us bear the cost for draining, reenforcing and refilling the pool for a problem discovered soon after installation. This prolonged wait and unexpected financial burden are far from the customer service we expected. Hoping for a timelier and customer-friendly resolution."

"Terrible products. outs split on the stair welds after a few years and they did absolutely nothing for the warranty. Installer couldn't find the paperwork (even after I provided the receipt for the order with order numbers). After replacing and finding the old serial number they were just happy to get more money from me (they are the only liner companies in my area use). They still didn't care and when I suggested involving a lawyer they told me to go ahead and waste my money. They don't care if their product is trash because you don't have much of a choice. Would never evnn consider them if I had a choice."

"Their authorized dealer charged me $5000 for a new pool liner that they measured incorrectly and stretched to the point where it started tearing within a month. They also never swept or vacuumed the floor before putting the liner down so all the sharp shards of gravel and cement are popping through. The two installers had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Now they refuse to answer phone calls or honor there warranty"

"If you are considering a new pool or a replacement liner STAY AWAY from Latham Products. Our pool was installed in the fall of 2016 and we covered it 2 weeks later. In the spring of 2017 we opened our pool and started using it at the end of May. By the end of the season this is what our liner looked like. It is severely discolored above the water line and Latham won't consider any type of warranty claim. I have heard every excuse from chemicals being wrong to the sun exposure causing it. I take a water sample to the pool store every 2 weeks and have never had an issue with chemicals. The liner on the south side of the pool looks like new. I can rub the print right off of the liner. It is defective and they will not acknowledge it. STAY AWAY from their products. Pictures attached."
