"I asked Northern pool to open my pool for the season and it cost me $500. For that they put in two bags of chemicals and took the cover off, that’s it. I also paid an additional $150 to get an orientation of the pool and they didn’t show me how to vacuum the pool, instead they said “you have a robot just put it at the bottom of the pool, have a nice day” and they left. I had to pay another company to open up the filter to find out that there were several holes and repair the pump that was jammed. I asked Northern for a partial refund and Steve refused. I also got horrible customer service from Sherry at the front desk who is RUDE and refused to sell me a part to repair my gear box, instead she wanted to me to spend $500 and replace the whole thing. I ended up going to Home Depot and repairing it for $0.33. I’ll never do business with these guys again, total snake oil salesmen who have no pride in their work. Heed my warning and stay away."

"We tried to use their online portal to request a pool opening/cleaning with no response so we called and they were rude and said they only do cleanings for weekly customers so if we weren’t a customer (which i was trying to be) they couldn’t do it. So i said i really need help opening my pool for the season, she asked if they built my pool, they did not and said call someone else."

I have never seen anything like it. The remembered my request to open early and we will be swimming tomorrow for the very first time."
