"The store itself is lovely! This is the second time I felt unwelcome. The first time I understood, as it was during covid. However, I was just in 15-Aug-2023 and a woman peered around the wall (design desk is behind the wall) and gave me the dirtiest look. I told her I was browsing and she said nothing and retreated behind the wall. I’m a current customer (online) and will not return to this store."

"Agree with Laura S. review below . I entered the store to a group of employees just sitting around with their laptops and chatting amongst themselves. I thought I walked into a store meeting , but they were just chatting amongst themselves!!! I guess whatever was on their laptop was more important than providing customer service. The designer, KATE ( don’t remember her last name but she has short hair and glasses ) was the only one to actually help me and she did help me a lot . She stayed with me the entire time to help. While I was browsing, Kate was the only one to greet oncoming customers who walked into the store. Beautiful store , Kate is wonderful and the only employee needed. Please put the other unhelpful, unprofessional employees into the back office to use their laptops and socialize; they lower the vibe of the store. I would have given this store less stars if it wasn’t for Kate’s helpfulness ."

"Had delivery of several pieces, a few of which needed to be exchanged due to some damage. Sarah could not have been more, thorough, kind, conscientious and professional in an email thread that took place well over 10 days. All was replaced expeditiously. I love these tasteful additions to our outdoor living space. Most importantly the excellent customer service I received is most appreciated."

"I needed a new bed in Nantucket, and finding something in stock to deliver fast was hard. I love the Harbour Cane Bed, it's so nice...I bought it twice! Delivery is not easy here but I loved my experience including the assembly. The team was polite and helpful. I also loved the matching nightstands. Great look for a beach house."
