"Big big fan of Betsy (and Chris). I arrived unannounced and Betsy was very patient in helping me choose my bathtub…. Which gave me the momentum to get the faucets, vanity etc. I was struggling to understand if the size of the bathtub would be big enough for my 6’3’’ husband so Chris got in (he’s 6’5’’) so that sealed the deal! A++++ experience. Especially when Betsy went above and beyond looking at specifications for actual basin versus the length etc. again to be sure my husband would be comfortable in it- We ended up going with the 66’’ Sanford cast iron claw foot tub for our place in Maine w/ white feet and a polished nickel faucet… It’s gorgeous and elegant. I think Covid has made customer service in other places sub par and am so glad I stumbled into Betsy’s showroom on this cold Boston day. Thanks again guys!"
"I was having difficulty finding shower fixtures for my bathroom. I went to the Ferguson Showroom in Newton and spoke with Betsy. She was able to find everything I needed and was so helpful in getting it ordered! I definitely will be shopping there again!"
"This has been our experience here so you be the judge. We ordered appliances. After a wait, we were told that all appliances are in. To schedule a delivery date, we had to pay in full, but on delivery day, we were surprised to find out that the range was not being delivered as previously confirmed as it was not in stock. We had the washer delivered, but it was defective and was repaired the following week. We went to the showroom to look at faucets, but were turned away due to their rules even though we were the only ones there. I had to take time off from work, only to be turned away. Other like businesses have reasonable social distancing rules, but this is ridiculous. There is a lot more. The overall experience, from a simple visit to the showroom to buying appliances, has been frustrating and upsetting. I really wished we went to Yale or Jarvis or Warrendale Appliance-their customer service really is great and their prices are about the same. Also these 3 places will service the appliances if there is a problem in the future. We didn’t know that Ferguson does not. It is a real luxury these days for businesses to provide such poor customer service. And by looking at previous reviews, our experience is not singular. There is no understanding how this is tolerated and promoted."
"Imagine calling Ferguson and their True Blue Service plan company for a simple repair for your $3500 KitchenAid fridge purchased in August of 2017, from them, and they are not able to help. Naturally I paid for a 5 year service plan for all 4 of our kitchen appliances - pity me if I have more problems in the future. I called Ferguson to ask for the number for their True Blue Service company. I called and what do you know, the loose freezer drawer handles are not covered under my plan. I call Ferguson back and ask if they can send someone out to fix it and the lady on the phone says no, without even a suggestion on who to call next to have the handles tightened. I wish I could do it, but it's behind a panel. No help, no support, just a very hard no! Buyers Beware, Ferguson does not stand behind their products and will offer no help if something you need repaired isn't covered by their obviously very limited True Blue Service plan, even if you're willing to pay out of pocket, which I was gladly willing to do. Thanks to Waltham Appliance, who I have used before for older, out of warranty appliances in our home, they'll be here on Wednesday morning to tighten the screws, a very simple thing to do and one which Ferguson and their service plan company was unwilling to help me with. Just a horrible way to treat a customer - I've remodeled our kitchen twice over the last fifteen years and have always gone with Ferguson. Next time I'll chose more carefully and go with Yale for any future appliances needs we may have. Silly and extremely stupid on Ferguson's part to lose a customer over such a simple repair."
"Location was great. Free parking. Food was DELICIOUS! !!! The waiter that my wife and I had was preoccupied with something else. He did not bring water until we asked for it and didn't bring coasters, so our table was wet."
