"I am left handed and happy when I can purchase things that cater to that - scissors, egg beaters, oven mitts, pencil sharpeners, etc. I bought an Oxo cheese grater that they assured me was ambidextrous. I got it home and it wasn't able to crank left handed so I called them and they said it was able to be left handed. Jonathan, manager, didn't have one to see how it worked but kept saying I was wrong. He sent me diagrams for another cheese grater saying it was ambidextrous which was stupid because it's not what I bought from them. These people don't know what they're doing, don't admit when they're wrong, don't do proper research about complaints and insist they're right when they're wrong! These traits are very unprofessional. They make no effort to correct their errors which cost me money and time and created a lot of aggravation! I would advise people to go elsewhere to find, service, honesty and knowledge!"
