"Fantastic selection of products in the showroom. The best selection anywhere in Boston. Wonderful merchandising. All ruined by horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. We have been many times and every time it has been so bad it is inexcusable. examples include unable to get help even when the store is empty, rude treatment of customers and sales associates who never followup. Ownership must be asleep at the wheel. We would have purchased here many times were it not for the horrifically bad service. Now we just use the store to see all the options and then go purchase what we like elsewhere."

We are renovating a house and Brandon walked us through the process - everything we needed - vanities, taps, showers, freestanding tubs - even a great kitchen faucet!! He was so professional and responsive! He was great at getting the ‘roughs’ delivered when my contractor needed them. As I realized I needed more items - like under mount sinks Brandon advised on options AND the ones we selected were cheaper on Splash than any website!
