"Stopped by the Salem NH shop on Sunday 1/14/24. Jason helped my wife and I with selecting a mattress. He asked us if we were looking for anything in particular and what our current mattress situation was like. He also asked us about our sleep habits and what we would like to spend. Using this info, he had us try a few different mattresses to get a feel for what we liked. He was very friendly and forthright about his knowledge and opinions of the mattresses. He was not at all pushy on what kind of mattress to get or ones that were more expensive. I genuinely felt like he wanted us to get something that worked for us BOTH comfortwise and in our budget. We ended up selecting a tempurpedic. Because we are looking for a cal king, it is a special order which we assume going it. It will take about 2 weeks to get. No problem at all as we have waited over 14 years for a mattress, whats another 14 days. He really took great care of us. I highly recommend you go and see them. They made the experience really great. Thanks!"
