"Wish I had 6 stars to give. Meghan sold my first house, a two family, in a down market with over 200 other two family houses available in the Lowell area during the mortgage crisis. She took time with me, finding out what I needed from the sale and gave me good feedback. It was under agreement in two days after some negotiations and then some further negotiations after the home inspection. She stayed with me and guided me knowledgeably through the process. I kept her name because the family home would eventually need to be sold. And it was this year. It was not an easy entry to market with the courts backed up for estates and getting authority to sell just in time. First, this house was one of a kind with special problems in addition to getting the authority to sell. Meghan took them all in stride, guiding us siblings through the process. She counseled us on the condition of the house, its uniqueness in the market, and an appropriate selling price which was less than we wanted to hear; however, she was correct after the results of the open house. It did sell for the asking price and we did not have to carry it through the winter. Meghan is a knowledgeable, market wise realtor. I would recommend her to anyone."
