"The associates were always respectful and if anything needed to be fixed, it was fixed promptly. When showing the apartment I was moving out of, they always took my work schedule int consideration."
"I recently had the pleasure of working with BA Property Management, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and level of service. From the moment I reached out to inquire about available apartments and commercial office space, the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive. They were willing to work with me to find a solution that fit my needs and budget, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Overall, I highly recommend BA Property Management to anyone in search of quality rental properties or commercial office space. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism is unmatched, and I look forward to working with them again in the future."
"It seems BA property management is now on a campaign trying to bury out the reviews with an email and texting campaign. They are truly horrible. Please don't believe a single positive review because they are truly slumlords. I am currently in the process of filing small claims against this company who has been nothing but difficult. For some follow ups to my original tale posted below, the washing machine broke and I had to hire a mechanic at one point. The washing machine was there when I moved in and was part of the agreement. They refused to fix it and took the rent I withheld from my deposit. They also didn't return my deposit until after 14 days of my moving out which is against state law. Both of these are things I am taking them to court over. There are many other things that happened since my original review... Adam Gelman the CEO is a swindler and a thief if he behaves even remotely like his company does. My original review from August 2023 is left below for posterity sake: I moved out in November of 2023 cutting my lease early. I've only been living under a property managed by BA for 3-4 weeks now and I can tell its gonna be a wild year from here. To start off they sold us on the place that was very rough around the edges by telling us EVERYTHING would renovated and fixed up by our move in. With that assurance and the right price we agreed. On move in day all that had changed from our viewing was that the carpets were pulled out. So let's start running through my issues with what needed to be fixed immediately: The basement was flooded on move in day so we couldn't get the power turned on until our 4th day staying. As of writing the basement is currently being dried with nothing more than a blower fan that BA provided is being powered by electricity I am paying for and it isn't really doing anything. Most if not all the ceiling tiles have some rot and mold on them but the owner is refusing to replace them so I'm having to fight it out and pick the worst ones to be replaced. The bathroom tub spits out brown water, it still does this as of writing a month in. The drain on the tub and the sealing on the tub is all damaged and rusted out. The first 2 weeks we couldn't get gas or hot water due to the aforementioned water in the basement damaging some pipes and stuff so we had to shower at a truck stop. The stove that was here started leaking gas slowly due to never being tested when we finally did get gas. There was holes and damage along the walls everywhere and most of the window locks were broken and still to this point most all the windows have many issues opening and sealing. The back doors weather stripping doesn't seal due to the door being crooked. The current approach seems to be placing 10 layers of weather stripping and replacing it weekly. The bathrooms exhaust fans dont do anything and the ceiling is starting to mold. Tickets for all this (and much more unlisted stuff) have been brought up repeatedly. I keep messaging my property manager Jayd for stuff that should have been resolve before even moving in and here we are a month in with huge issues in every direction. It additionally doesn't help that they keep closing tickets that HAVEN'T BEEN FULFILLED. Although maintenance is fixing some things this company clearly does not care how horrible of a living situation they are putting you into and will say anything to get you in. I have spent the past month of my life surviving this insanity coming home to what is a second job of reporting and re-reporting issues in hopes of making my situation less hellish. The penultimate part of it is while complaining and having these grievances instead of making it a major and urgent effort to fix it, they offered to cut our contract and let us leave for another apartment. I cannot afford to move twice in such a short period of time. Do you know how much it costs to take these days off work and pay to move all my stuff? I don't just encourage anyone reading this to walk, I encourage you to run and never take an apartment managed by BA."
"I have lived in a BA property since May of '23. It has been easy to use the resident portal to communicate with staff, to make payments, to leave messages and to upload documents. I have made requests that were adaptations to accommodate physical limitations, and these were honored satsfactorily, in a timely manner. I have had one minor issue with the dishwasher that has tripped the circuit breaker several times, promptly attended to by the maintenance person, who then showed me how to remedy it. The only major issue has been that when the upstairs resident spilled a gallon of water on the kitchen floor, it seems that most of it leaked into my kitchen through the ceiling, and through the light fixture over the counter, and spilled over the counter into the living room. I reported this immediately and requested that the problem be corrected. To my knowledge, this has not yet been addressed. I am concerned that it is unsafe to use the light fixture, and that this problem may recur, possibly causing damage to my possessions. Except for this one issue, I'm pleased with my experience."
"The apt I resided in was roomy, properly cared by the maintenance personnel and every issue I had was resolved immediately. It’s a great place to live. You won’t be disappointed."
