"I was sick the week of Christmas so I decided to order gifts online. The order said delivered but I checked my mailbox everyday and there was no sign of the items. I reached out to customer service hoping for a replacement before Christmas with no response. I reached out after the holiday with a response from Sarah stating she would reach out to the owner which I never heard from. I reached out a third time with no response. I had to open a case with my bank to get a refund. I ordered 3 small items and I have had such a poor and stressful experience I will never order again. Be very careful ordering online you may not receive the items! Update they replied to my review stating they reached out to me on December 29 which they did not. I have included a screenshot of my inbox on December 29 and my conversation with BARAN Home."
