"Tried to buy a dress and noticed at the register it was damaged...the straps had been tied to try and hide it. I still wanted it but wondered about the price since it wasn't on clearance or discounted due to the damage. Instead, the manager told me is was mislabeled (by the store)and was MORE expensive than marked, took the dress from me to find the more expensive price and disregarded the fact it was ripped. First of all, I'm pretty darn sure stores can't change the price to more expensive at the register. Second, the fact I wasn't able to buy the ripped dress because she took it from me throws this bad experience over the top."
