"This is the best Carters store. I am a somewhat annoying customer and i am always making some sort of complicated return- and Jess always seems to make things right! She is very nice, competent and very knowledgeable. She is always so helpful. She even greets you with a genuine warm smile when you walk through the door. Makes for a great shopping experience. SO lucky this store is right in my backyard. Seriously, the best of the best! Thank you Carters Seabrook!!!"

"I love to write great reviews especially when I see outstanding customer service. I walked into the Seabrook Carters and what outstanding customer service I had. I have ran many stores and I know great. service when I see it. Excellent team and Jess who was helping me was outstanding. She was friendly and so patient and was multitasking with such ease. She is great at what she does and everyone should have someone like Jess in there store. The store was so organized and made shopping that much easier. I can’t wait to go back . What a great selection they have for boys and well as girls. Thank u Jess for making my shopping so much fun."
