"I went to Edit looking for a dress for a wedding this weekend and Kim was so helpful pulling items for me to try on. She encouraged me to try on items that were slightly out of my ‘normal’ style and I ended up purchasing a dress I would have never even tried on normally. Now I am actually excited to go to this wedding! I’ll be back!"

"Edit Style Lounge is an awesome boutique with unique designers from the US and Europe. Majority eco-conscious. Great functional designs you do not see in other shops. The Italian purses and shoes are exceptional quality and design. Friends from New York and Maine have shopped extensively at the store. Shopping at Edit is always a welcoming fun and relaxing experience. Would highly recommend this boutique. The staff (especially India) and Kim (the owner) are extraordinary women and have such great insight and style. I wear Edit clothes everywhere — Maine, the beach, NY and weddings. See photos"

"Possibly a positive shopping experience for a certain demographic, but not mine. Went on invitation night with my sister, this was the only store I felt judged and unwelcomed tonight. Not one staff member greeted my sister and I. One of the male staff members was very obviously whispering about us while we were browsing. I felt like we were being watched and I can’t help but to think it was racial profiling. It’s unfortunate because some of the merchandise was actually of interest to me and I would have happily purchased , but the staff came off so rude I didn’t even feel like giving them my business. Nothing wrong with the store, I thought the shoes and sunglasses were fabulous but the staff…. Not so much."
