"Management can not manage such a big store and this many customers. The line is all the way to the end of the store and she thinks it’s OK! she doesn't even help the little number of cashiers that they have. If I had not wondered in the store for an hour picking my stuff I would have left. And I am not coming back."
"My wife needed some nice clothing. I loved watching her face when I picked out a couple of nice bags for her to take home. She didn't realize the Michael Korrs bag alone was half what I expected. The second was beautiful brown leather with nice brass hardware, I looked at the price and didn't look at the label, it was so well made I couldn't say no. The outfits she took some time with and she looks awesome in every one. She's been beaming ever since going to the office and it didn't cost a lot!"
"My recent experience at the TJ Maxx gentlemen’s room was nothing short of appalling. The changing area was not only hard to use but felt completely unsafe for my child. I was reluctant to use the ladies’ room as it was busy, and the discomfort I felt was palpable. When I reached out to a staff member for assistance, she was uninformed and offered no help. This is unacceptable and I urge TJ Maxx to address these issues immediately. Horrible experience - please fix this ASAP!"
