"Today I had an email saying that is ready for pick up. They actually the door an hour early. Some of the people they work there they were laughing at us. I did showed them that is order pick came in on time. I am so disappointed. It is not funny that people fi ish work be on time and not able to pick up there staff. I am not sure who is Managing the store but I believe he is not doing good with the system. You guys need to change time on google please. It is not right for people to cone from far away to pick up there staff and find the door close. I saw the guy who work inside opened the door to someone else I did not want open it for us."

"Be aware to return to this adidas store! We purchased two pairs of cycling shoes from adidas official website. We returned them because of size problems. When we came to this store, the staff Israel got their manager to come to deal with the issue and they started to tell us no Yeezy or CYCLING SHOES are allowed to return in this store and suggest us find a full price store or FedEx rather than this outlet store because it’s hard for them to resell it. As we all know, there is no Adidas full price store in Boston area. I gave the question to this manager, but he told me he had no idea whether there is a full price Adidas store in Boston area, while he’s an Adidas store manager. He knows some policy that doesn’t exist on the official website, but he has no idea that whether there’s an Adidas full price store around. There was a line of people waiting behind us and we wanted no more embarrassment, so we found an FedEx, bought a box and shipped them back to Adidas. We just want to remind people who want to find an Adidas store to return, maybe this is not the one you want to come. If you’re not sure whether you can return to this Adidas store, please go to FedEx or find an Adidas FULL PRICE STORE (maybe in New York City)."
