"So I have mixed feelings about this place I don’t shop for clothes here since there’s no plus size options here everything is all over the place prices are somewhat decent a bit on the high end I love to get some stuff here I always look for good and better deals some of the employees are somewhat stuck up but other than that I still got mixed feeling about this store"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered glasses three weeks ago and had the order shipped to the store. Upon receiving it and getting home, to my surprise it was an empty box. Okay, I was refunded. Returned home and reordered the same glasses, this time to be shipped to my residence. To my surprise, another empty box. Unbelievable! How could this happen twice? I'm very disappointed. Nordstrom once had the best customer service and this has never happened before. I'm very disappointed!"

"My recent visit to Nordstrom Rack left me with some mixed feelings that I'd like to share. While they do have a good collection of items, I found the organization of the store to be a bit lacking. It was hard to find things easily, and I had to spend extra time searching. One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of enough staff to handle billing and provide assistance. During busy times, like peak hours, there always seems to be a long line at the billing counter. This meant waiting for quite a while just to pay for my items. It would be great if they could have more staff available to help customers. Despite these issues, I do appreciate the variety of products they offer. It's just a shame that the shopping experience is hampered by the disorganization and understaffing. I hope Nordstrom Rack considers improving these aspects to make shopping there more enjoyable for everyone."

"Fantastic prices to staff keep the store well-maintained. The store is truly a great bargain. They do not have fragrances. This is the one thing I wish they would have. They do sell discounted namebrand glasses. I was very surprised to see and a large selection of men’s and women’s shoes. Have a look around. You may find something that you like."
