"This is just further proof as to never order furniture from this establishment again. This is a sad update from Victoria Hebner’s previous post. I scheduled and received confirmation via a phone call from Ryder AND Anthropologie warehouse this past Monday 4/18 about a scheduled Saturday (4/23) delivery with 4 person team for the fern cabinet (and lacquered buffet). ~flash forward 2 days~ I am now getting phone calls and texts regarding a THURSDAY 4/21 delivery. This does not work as I will be in Florida till Friday. I have already planned on being around Saturday for this delivery of my fern cabinet and blue lacquered buffet that again, has been confirmed. It is extremely upsetting to be on on vacation and receive an email asking me to confirm Thursday 4/21 when I have NEVER set that date in the first place. Sadly this is of no surprise considering how my entire experience has gone. At this point one could only.. laugh? Idk, personally I want to scream! It seems even when I am away on vacation and have already scheduled this delivery for my return, Anthropologie and Ryder still find a way to make matters complicated and dare I say, bloody miserable by having to deal with and correct BOTH parties about an already set delivery. I cannot for the life of me fathom how this company has made it so far. The most unprofessional corporation I have ever worked with. Right when you are absolutely sure that something has been finally taken care of, you are sadly proven wrong."

"Anthropologie offers refreshing new cool dresses that have style and new and exciting fabrics!! Everyone there was so helpful, and were kind enough to hold a dress that didn't fit to let me try another one . Also, they have amazing candles with scents that are not too strong, but truly awesome!!"

"This is my favorite store. It is best in person although you can purchase online. The clothes are beautiful and have interesting flair. The dressing room experience is fabulous in itself for those of us usually shopping at discount stores. The sale area in back is a treasure trove. I have found a summer dress that made me look like goddess in the late summer sale and now a casual, super soft sweater that is as comfortable as pajamas and lovely enough to wear anywhere."

"Went to Anthropologie in Dedham today. I was assisted in the dressing room by Mary. She was fantastic - so helpful, great suggestions and gave honest feedback. I left the store with 2 complete outfits that I love plus a great gray tee that will go with a lot. The staff in this store are always very helpful."

"The store is Anthropologie pretty much the all the same. The staff is so rude and lazy asking for help is like pulling teeth. The stuck up girl who rang me out so rude my 11yr old son and my dad actually said something b4 i did. I wanted to smack her off her high horse she believed she was riding on!!!!!"
