"I've been here on several occasions with my girlfriend, and I've witnessed what seemed to be the head manager being extremely rude to her employees. The store is great, my girlfriend loves the place but someone should look into this. Makes us not want to come back to the store."
"Do not buy anything here with a visa gift card. They do not allow you to return the items and put the balance back on the card. I contacted Visa and they said 100% you should be able to just return your items and they will just be refunded to the gift card. Seems to me like the manager doesn't know what she's doing"
