Reviews
"I really like shopping here especially when the man who rang me up is there .He’s nice"
"The WORST and I mean the WORST customer service out of all the stores I’ve shopped at. Walked around for 20 minutes with a sneaker in my hand and no one helped me. Then when I went to leave they asked if I was “all set”. The girl at the front desk looked upset while eating McDonald’s behind the counter."
"I was a little skeptical prior to going in after reading the reviews but when i got there i Was greated and assisted as soon as i walked in. Customer service was in point even though they were short staffed, Keep up the good work, I'll definitely be back."
"The customer service at this location is hit or miss. I will say the manager is a sexist man, rude and clearly a person on a high horse. Staff just look under trained, or tired of their jobs. The store NEVER wants to do a return with the excuse of no money in the draw. Had to call customer service to have main office chk the draw count, they had the money to do the return, they didnt want to lose their budget plan for the night. A sneaker store that does not have $180 on a saturday late afternoon?"
"Worst place ever of the people who were working there the counter guy said hello when we came in the lady supposedly folding shirts was standing there on her fone the whole time no customer service at all I found what I needed and stood there waiting to be attended and ended up going to the cashier and asking for a size if it was availiable he ended up going to the back and getting the shoe while she stood there still on her fone. The place was not busy at all 3 people in the store in total me my wife and 1 other customer I swear u get more customer service at Dollar Tree"
