"I usually don’t leave a review but I had to after reading some of these. I was in the store on 8/18. The two sales ladies were dressed in Lilly and they were very nice! I tried on a few things and purchased them. Right at the register there is an 8x10” frame with their return policy. It is a small store but it’s clean, well organized, and well stocked. I’ll be back!"

"I was very excited when I found this store as I did research being a Lilly fan/addict!! I walked into the store and the one salesperson was on the phone. I interrupted her and asked if I can try something on. I did find something but needed her opinion as to which size is best on me. She continued on the phone and I got so made I walked out. I have Lilly stores very close to me. You walk into the Palm Beach store or Palm Beach Gardens, Fla store and you get first class service. This was not ok. Lilly should not have her clothes in this store. Such a disappoint!"

"Walked in, Staff not friendly. Very small and too hot to shop..need AC updated. After made purchase, was told a FRANCHISE, PRIVATELY owned store. Ask them about return policy! All returns only back to this store. My friend bought a sale top, five minutes later decided to return it..never left register area...Manager said had to issue a CREDIT! Noticed none of the staff wore Lily clothes! In Corporate stores, all employees decked out in Lily clothing."
