"Terrible customer service. The female staff working today were terribly rude. They were making comments out loud about me and my daughter minutes after we walked into the store We are here because we were shopping at another store and they recommend HH for the type of sailing gear we needed. I would recommend everyone buy your gear elsewhere so you don’t have to encounter this disgusting behavior in person. We did encounter one nice young man trying to help everyone. He seemed to be bullied by the insecure female staff. I feel really bad for any male staff that would have to work at this store. It has to be a toxic workplace environment."
