I came back in the summer of 2023 with cute sandals that had broke a few months ago. The owner was so accommodating despite the fact I brought them back way after the return/refund policy. She offered to replace the shoes or give me a store credit. I was thrilled to walk away with a replacement pair of shoes. I highly recommend this store!"
