"I purchased an item online but it was really too big. I brought it in to Natick, found it in the right size in and asked if I could exchange. You would think I came in asking for a kidney. The drama was so over the top I finally said "Wow, I feel like a criminal!" No reassurance; just some mention of how complicated it all was. This was a while ago. Hopefully better now. Selection is good."
"The saleswomen at this location are the least friendly and least helpful of any Chico's store I have been in. I recently had an item to return and the saleswoman sighed as though I was putting her out."
"I was in your store this morning and I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I had a pair of pants that I wanted to try on but nobody asked if I needed a dressing room, although another customer was asked. I put the pants back and left the store. I probably won't shop there again."
