"Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Despite promptly returning items at my own expense due to sizing discrepancies, I was hit with an additional fee. After a few days, I received an incredibly unfriendly message falsely claiming my return was rejected because I had worn the products. This is an outright lie. I tried them on and immediately returned them in the same condition. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this store – do not shop here under any circumstances!"
