"We’ve been going here for about 5 years and I don’t understand all the bad reviews. The Drs are great and have been there a long time and I’ve never been pressured to give my kids vaccinations-we get them at their schedule but refuse them if my children are sick at the time. Anytime we’ve been there for anything we’re concerned about it’s discussed and they will give referrals if needed. They also have after hours until 8pm I think and on the weekends."

"This is a review for the front staff, not my son’s dr or the other providers. Please hire people that don’t audibly sigh when parents are trying to get a hold of their drs when they can’t be bothered to record a message to their provider. When you call a hour before and admit to not having any record of your call it’s horrible. You are the first one that we see, that we speak to and it costs nothing to be empathetic. If you can’t do that then possibly front end admin isn’t their right career choice for you."

"I honestly don’t know why this place gets such poor reviews; we’ve always been met with professionalism and kindness, and in over 3 years of bringing our daughter here, I haven’t experienced a single issue. Sure, the facilities are a bit dated, but every provider has been attentive, caring, and informative. I understand that others’ experiences may differ from our own, but I see no reason why you shouldn’t bring your child here - we’ve always been very happy."

"Do. Not. Take. Your. Children. Here. I have been around medical professionals my entire life in my family & in my home state who were absolutely floored when I described the treatment I received here with my child. Medical abuse & coercion through bully tactics is the best way to describe it. This location had one Dr in particular who wanted to give my son 7 vaccines in one day at two months old after he just had COVID the week before. I said no and was called a bad mother, I was made to feel like I was harming my son, I was told there was nothing to fear from the vaccines even though one of them was an attenuated virus I did not believe his system was ready for after just recovering. I stood my ground and we left the practice. Since then I have had many medical professionals, including other pediatric doctors express their horror at how I was treated and spoken to. I am not against vaccines - we went and got them later on at a different practice but I do believe seven at one time is not advisable or safe nor after recovering from illness. I also believe things should never be discussed under coercion or gaslighting and statements such as “bad mother” have no place in the medical field. The nurses here I must say were very good and there are a select few Dr’s and practitioners I would exempt from this criticism but the main Doctor’s here are unbelievably inappropriate and have no place in children’s care. Read the other reviews for yourself which describe exactly what I do about bullying + medical coercion. Still not sure I won’t take this to a higher authority because I don’t want to see any other parents be subjected to that kind of treatment or be put under duress when making decisions for their child. Avoid this place, for your children’s sake."

"I love Dover Pediatrics - we can call for a same-day appointment if my child is not feeling well. Their scheduling has been easy, and even though we get a different experience from doctor to doctor, they are overall so helpful and calming."
