"The hygienists do a lovely job but they are incredibly overbooked and when trying to reschedule appointments, they offer a new time that is 3-4 months down the road. I'd highly recommend expanding the practice or capping the number of patients to avoid these issues. It's terribly inconvenient for your customers AND your hygienists must be getting burnt out. Not to mention the disorganization that I've experienced at the front counter..."
