"I've been coming here since I moved to the area, about a year ago, and every time I do it's always a treat. The staff are always so friendly & attentive, the selection is familiar but rotates, and the prices are incredible. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy as well. I have yet to try any type of reading or class, but even just the retail store is incredible. I love coming here. One thing - tall people beware! The store is full of windchimes hanging from a relatively low ceiling - if you're not careful you will alert the entire store to your presence."

"I love stopping by Open Doors. The staff really contribute to a calming, peaceful atmosphere; all are friendly and personable. There is a great selection of products and you can roam the shop for quite some time so plan accordingly. Personally, I haven't had the most success with readings or classes here, but am happy to look around while friends participate as there's plenty to see and purchase."

"My mom loves crystals and is big into spirituality, so I came in here to get her some stuff for Christmas. I was with my 1 year old daughter. We had a stroller, so another customer helped me carry the stroller up the steps. I was informed by a cashier that strollers weren’t allowed. (Which is fine), so we brought the stroller back out. I grabbed my purse which has my money and some of my daughters things like pacifiers etc. The cashier said I couldn’t bring my purse into the store because it was “store policy”. So I decided to leave because of the hassle this had become. I looked around and noticed a few other older women shopping with bags bigger than mine. I left in tears because of the discrimination I felt. As a younger mom I was appalled to be treated like this. I will NOT be going back here and I will be letting others know of this “store policy” that is only enforced when they see fit."

"Me and my friend went here for a reading today and absolutely loved the vibe. Everyone working there were so nice and helpful. I wasn't expecting it as I saw some bad reviews about staff being rude but that was not my experience. Both me and my friend were very pleased and I will definitely go back again. Reading with heather was great as well. We booked her because of some of the good reviews and she did not disappoint us."

"Open Doors is the BEST! I love the store & everyone who works there is always so nice & helpful. We recently hired Heather, one of the mediums at Open Doors to come to our house for a surprise party for my mom. She was absolutely incredible. I can't even put into words how great she was. She turned my dad, who has always been a skeptic, into a believer by bringing forth messages with information she could not have known. My 12 year old daughter, who was also skeptical, can't stop talking about the beautiful message she received from her great grandparents. My mom, her sisters, and her friends cannot stop talking about how happy they were with the messages that came through.
