"My daughter wanted her ears pierced again. Bad customer service. Piercing girl on 11/11/2023 at 5:00 pm bad attitude. From the girl that was waiting for sooo loong to be serviced just standing there for someone to acknowledge her. What do you think? I was just standing there looking pretty? You don’t just help someone else that just got there."

"My daughter had a birthday party scheduled for today at 9AM. I tried calling yesterday to confirm that all was set, but no one would pick up the phone - I called 17 times between 1-5PM. I finally went to the store around 7PM and after speaking with one of the employees confirmed that the party was all set and that two employees (Kaleigh and another) were going to be there to host. Fast forward to this morning, no one showed up to host the party this morning, and we were forced to move it to the mall’s food court. No one reached out to me today to apologize. Absolutely disgraceful and zero professionalism."

"So I came here 2 hours before closing to get me and my friends ears pierced and called and said we were coming. When we arrived we asked if they were doing piercings and they said “damn sorry our piercer just left like two seconds ago” and we were like um what we literally called and said we were coming for piercings. So we just got bad service from that claire’s and so we went to a knew one that had way better service and never going back to that one at the south shore plaza mall."

"Store hours for Sunday are 10am -6pm (according to Google). When I got there at 10:30 I was told they don't open until 11. When I asked about it saying 10am online I was given an attitude and ask "what would you like me to do about it" a few months ago when I was here to get earings for my daughter, the cashier was laying on the floor behind the counter because of a rough night out the before. Place is a joke"

"(Originally posted 4 months ago) I couldn't purchase anything.... After waiting 15 minutes in a short line, I had to put a gift back because the cashier left. Red haired girl told me she had to assist someone else with a jewelry case when they weren't even in line. Cashiers need to be retrained on customer service since they quite literally abandoned me at the checkout and had a full conversation with someone else entirely. I was appalled. With all the overstock merchandise flooding the cramped store, she's overwhelmed, it's hard to believe otherwise. Not going back for gifts in the future, place is a mess."
