"My hubby has been going to Kay's in Braintree forever, it's his go to store for my jewelry. Abe is always super helpful and very funny. This past visit my hubby and I went together to trade in my diamond earrings for bigger ones. Peggy was super helpful helping us find the exact right pair. After purchasing I realized the screw posts were bothering my ears. We went back and Abe and Peggy had a couple different options and they went above and beyond to make my earrings perfect for me. My earrings are now perfect and super comfortable. Highly recommend this Kay's location."

"Abraham is fun to deal with but the experience at this KAY was detrimental. We ordered a few items including a wedding band. We picked out one and wanted a different metal. They didn't tell us it would be a custom order. Abraham said it would be ready in 5 weeks. Long story sort, it took them 9 weeks and Abraham would ignore my calls. I had to go to the store and he could not give me an update on the status. He would spend time telling me how the shop was not responding but neither was he to me. He charged me over $2k on day one and had never reached out or responded to my calls. It took another young lady at the store to get this resolved eventually. The older lady who worked there was also rude and assumed I would buy the warranty when I paid the last $200 to pick up the wedding band. I knew I owed them $200, so when she said I needed to pay $900, I knew she added something without my consent. Also, because of this delay, we had to postpone our wedding by a week. To all fairness, the younger staff who worked there were trying to help but the owner is someone who avoids problems by not responding and is irresponsible. I would be a strong advocate to tell people to avoid this specific store."
