They ALWAYS had an appointment same-day when we needed a note for daycare because of a fever or symptom, always sent requested documents or records quickly, and they are so kind and welcoming."

If your looking for top notch service this is the place for you!! I drive from Taunton to Marion just for this level of service. I call and talk to Michelle and she is pleasant and has all the bases covered. Just great caring service. I am so sick of people not answering their phone calls or going to these large offices where you are a number. Here I feel like they are part of my family and they care about me and my family. "I have been bringing my kids here since they were born and now my grand babies come here. I've never had a problem with them. The only thing i would say could change is not having the big furry dog in there in case somebody is allergic to dogs and its also unsanitary, but other than that ,they are awesome and i would recommend them to anybody. I have sent a few friends here for their kids as well and they love it too!"

"One star for customer service relations. I was actually hung up on questioning why an appointment I made was changed without my authorization. The nurses there are excellent but the secretary I dealt with, I believe her name was Annie, was a massive disappointment. I'm surprised that someone with such a lack of people skills is employed in such an affluent community. I would suggest retraining to aid in customer retention. Disheartening to experience at a Pediatric office."
