"I highly recommend Dr. Jess and the incredible team at PS Dental! I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Dr. Jess many years ago while we were both in dental school together, and have had the privilege of getting to know her better as colleagues over the years. During these many years that I've spent getting to know Dr. Jess, I've learned what a truly special person and dentist she is. She's extremely caring, compassionate and gentle. She truly cares about her patients and sees them as people first and foremost. Nothing means more to her than to connect with each patient and treat them as if they were a member of her own family. Just as importantly, she cares deeply about her work and works exceptionally hard (in fact, harder than the majority of dentists out there) to offer nothing short of the highest quality care to each patient. She's constantly learning to stay ahead of all of the constant changes in our field, and cares to learn and practice a higher level of dentistry that only a very small percentage of dentists ever care to. I realize that my review may seem somewhat biased considering I know Dr. Jess better than most, but I wholeheartedly mean what I've written here. Actually, my main reason for taking the time to leave this review is that as a dentist myself I see how dentistry is approaching a turning point, and not necessarily in the best way. Unfortunately, many of the smaller, single doctor family- and quality-focused practices in our country (like PS Dental) are being outcompeted by larger corporate, multidoctor practices that care only about how much money they can make for those at the top. There's a very real chance that corporate could one day win the fight if patients aren't made aware of what's happening and fight back, and the results could be catastrophic for patients and dental care as we know it. But there's still hope. There are are still folks like Dr. Jess out there who continue to do what's right by patients, standing their ground and going against the grain even though that can sometimes feel like one of the most difficult things to do these days. Believe me, running an office like PS Dental isn't easy. As the owner of a similar practice, I know this firsthand. The bottom line is, we need to support dentists like Dr. Jess, and their teams and practices, if we want to keep relationship- and quality-focused alive and well at least in our lifetime. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and give Dr. Jess's office a call. I assure you you won't be disappointed, and I'm certain you'll end up finding a dentist for life."
