"I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in. I waited until 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment at which point I knew the appointment would go minimally 20 minutes beyond my anticipated end time. I asked if they would please reschedule me as I could not miss more work. The lady answered in a harsh voice with a deep scowl on her face, arms crossed and brows furrowed, next appointment is in June. I said that is fine. She them huffed and said they were busy, just go see the manager. They scheduled me for July, yet they are sending emails reminding people to scheduled before the end of the year. I'm not sure why such poor customer service is tolerated in such an outstanding practice."
