"They charge an outrageous 40$ fee for any item which shows up on the receipt as a 'storage fee' after 30 days. I picked up my item before the storage fee date and was still charged 40 dollars. I only received a 200 dollar loan a 20% interest is highway robbery. Owners are not friendly, very unprofessional and rude. I pawned a 1100 dollar guitar and only got 200 dollars and had to pay the 40 dollar charge 2 days after....very misleading."

I was nervous about selling and it could have been a lot harder for me but the owner and his son treated me with kindness and respect. Since that first time in, I have been back to have jewelry repaired ,(both pieces were done perfectly and quickly), and to buy a couple of gifts which were appraised by another jewelry store for insurance. It turns out that they were worth quite a lot more than I bought them for. They always have a smile when I go in and are super helpful. Most times, I go in just to see what is new and I don't ever feel pressured to buy. This multi generation family business does things the old fashioned way and that's why I recommend them whole -heartedly."
