"Terrible cheap quality made from China. They purchase their stuff bulk from the gem shows. Very rude staff who are clearly not trained in customer service. I agree with the other reviewers with regards to the accusatory nature of the staff and how they treat customers like they're going to steal something. Not a very pleasant shopping experience or inviting atmosphere. Returned an item within the return period and I was issued a gift card instead of a refund. Gift card doesn't even work! "Honestly one of my favorite stores ever. They are SO nice and so accommodating to questions and price checks on the crystals behind the counter. I always find something here. They always have super crazy stuff and their prices are usually really good too. The aura amethyst I got today is the size of a fist and was only $64. Usually they’re like $100 for this size. Never felt pressured to buy even when they showed me stuff behind the counter and I looked at quite a few things before deciding on two from behind the counters."

"This was a very neat store that felt full of treasure and wonder. So many pretty gems, stones, and jewelry. It’s easy to spend a decent amount of time poring over everything, and thrilling to discover new and interesting finds at every turn. Also, the young woman working behind the counter was so wonderful; she was friendly, accommodating, and full of smiles. Such an excellent store to experience."
