Could not recommend Decenza more and got my band and diamond there!"

"The amount of times we ordered a simple platinum wedding ring and it was either “lost” or never ordered was ridiculous. We ordered it and never got called for weeks. Went in and they lost the ring. The second order they never places it and never had record of us. The third time I ordered it on the phone. It’s been roughly 4 months and still never heard back. We ordered a gorgeous platinum ring from an ethical site for a fraction of the price. Will never go to DeScenza again. Unbelievably unprofessional. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they have real jewelry."
