"BEWARE.. AVOID THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIR SERVICES. Yesterday I got battery replaced for my watch. The man offered two prices $30 no warranty and $60 lifetime warranty. I went with 30$ option. And Less than a day my watch went dead again. Upon inquiring about repair today . Man said "we said before 30$ services comes with no warranty." No refund no services. It felt like cheated, this guy is just ripping money from Mall customer for bad quality repair services."
"The gentleman with the long beard is VERY honest and Trustworthy. I was planning on replacing the clasp on my bracelet. But he told me that it just needed to be adjusted. He not only did it while I waited, took less then 5 minutes, but he also didn't charge me anything for his service. Sadly I didn't have any cash on me, but I will be back to TIP him for his honesty and service. Thank you bearded man. GOD Bless Bob Rock Sr"
