"The worst experience!! Buyer Beware!! No professionalism, the owner had on flip-flops, long jean shorts, and a tank top. I wanted to make a special project ( this was my 1st JEWELER experience). I didn't know what I wanted better yet how to go about it. I had a bunch of old gold, rings, earrings, etc., and discussed what my dream was. He took all of my things, with the anticipation I would get 3 cute rings for me, my daughter, and my new granddaughter. He NEVER quoted any pricing until the pick-up day, $1500, for 1 ring, that he melted ALL of my gold for and took all the colored stones leaving me with none of my previously supplied gold.. I explained I wanted 3 rings for under 1000 and opted to part ways. What makes him TRASH, is when I asked for my gold back or an equal replacement, he gave me scraps he gathered from the back and they were not all 14k gold. REALLY!! UNEFFBELIEVABLE UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement."

I got three of my rings fixed there, two of them (engagement ring & wedding band) were in really bad shape. All 3 look like brand new! I highly recommend this place.
