"I had purchased a pair of diamond earrings and I had also purchased the lifetime gemstone and diamond replacement guarantee. I was always good with going every 6 months and getting it inspected and cleaned,I never missed a month. So the last time I went the salesperson Michelle was helping me she put all my jewelry in the cleaner and sat down with me. I had somethings that needed fixing. I was the one who noticed the items. I had asked her 3 times if she inspected my jewelry and she said yes. Well I was pretty sure she didn't and a couple days later my earring broke off the post . I went into Jared's and they then told me it is not cover because I didn't have the mounting. In the first line of the garentee it say Jared will replace any stone list broken stolen. But they don't and they are liars. So whatcha out for yourself"

The end result was quite nice. It would have been five stars except it took two iterations to get the quality I wanted."
