"The lock on my bracelet broke and I went in for help. The manager came over and rudely told me I broke myself insinuating that they never break. Then she told me and she’d exchange it this one time as a courtesy, but with n attitude."
"Loved the service the manager Jessica was the best she helped me pick my mom’s wedding ring, I can’t explain how happy I left store ❤️I would be back whenever she was patient with me and she took her time to explain everything about the ring."
"The store representative literally told me that all the charms I was looking at "was ugly and they only put the ugly ones out". They told me none of the charms were on sale as they ignored the three trays of charms that were underneath marked for clearance."
"I was at the store with my family today on 12/20 to buy some bracelets; When we entered the store we were greeted by a friendly girl; However, the young man who was working together looked at us with hostile looks; my little one took a bracelet in her hand, given by the saleswoman for her to look at, and the saleswoman turned to get more bracelets so my husband took my daughter's bracelet and put it back on the counter; This young man took everything that was on the counter and hostilely removed it from in front of us. I felt so terrible about this situation; that I can't even describe it. When my little one left the store, she cried so deeply that seeing all this as a mother broke my heart and filled me with indignation. This sealed attack made me and my family feel like we didn't belong."
"Went in to buy my mother a charm bracelet for this upcoming christmas and I walked in getting stared at but no one offering to help and the one girl who did offer kept giving me a dirty look and just handed me a catalog. Most unfriendliest store & made me feel like I did not belong there"
