"Justin is exceptional, when our hot water heater sprung a leak he helped us get through the crisis. He first communicated on the phone how to shut off the water flowing to the tank, and then came over as soon as he was able to drain it and install a replacement. Justin also identified problems with how the old tank was venting and patched up the connection to the chimney making a safer, more efficient system. "Justin is responsive, reliable and knowledgeable, I wouldn't use anyone else. I called for help with a clogged kitchen disposal which he came to look at. I also had noticed (but forgot to mention on the phone) that my basement bathroom was having an issue flushing (it runs on a pump) and asked casually if Justin wouldn't mind looking at it while he was there. The toilet turned out to be a major problem that Justin was able to diagnose quickly and put in his schedule over the next couple of days.
