"I love j crew online every week i buy from them but sometimes i have to return items and the store clerk gave my husband a reallt hard time acted like he stole the damn items and refused to take the items back until i called and gave them my email address all the information my husband gave her maybe she was just an idoit but the store manager helped and the items was returned"
