"I had an incredibly positive experience with PC Solutions and I highly recommend them for your computer needs. They offered to troubleshoot my laptop PC that had stopped working at no charge. After dropping it off, I received a callback the next day that the processor board had malfunctioned and because it was directly soldered to the motherboard it was not repairable. The laptop was 9 years old and we both agreed that replacing the board was not a wise investment . They went the extra mile though and were able to remove the SSD hard drive and show me all my files were safe and intact. They further connected an SSD external adapter to show my how to access the files. They obviously spent considerable time on this but insisted on not charging me for the service. I can tell you both Phil and Jamie were professional and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Great company!!"

"The Miracle Worker was a book and a movie about Helen Keller and her teacher Annie who taught Helen how to communicate and live and prosper in the world. That, of course, is not the only use of the term “miracle worker.” There have been many others, some of significance, and some of a less noble nature. However, please know there are miracle makers all around us, and two important ones to computer users are right here on Cape Cod in Yarmouth Port at PC Solutions Cape Cod, at 923 Route 6A. I have had several occasions to visit with the owners, Phil and Jamie, including having them work on my relatively new MacBook Pro. I was immediately impressed with Phil’s ability to diagnose and fix my computer (which seemed to be dead)...hence my use of the descriptor “miracle worker.” Even more impressive, however, is the owners’ ability to make me, and others like me, extremely comfortable in spite of the fact that I am almost lost around these impressive machines. Both Phil and Jamie were patient, kind, personable, and keenly interested in making me feel comfortable with, first, just being there, and then with the entire process of communicating about our computer’s issues and prospects. They have created that positive and welcoming atmosphere in a number of ways. First, they both are great listeners, especially important to someone who does not know and speak all the lingo of computers. Second, they themselves did not speak just computer language, and instead were able to communicate on my level. The customer area of this business is interesting and welcoming, with numerous amusing and sometimes poignant quotations posted around the room, all dealing with people and the computer world in which we live. The vast majority of these brought a smile to my face and to the faces of others in the room. The owners are sometimes busy with other customers seeking advice or service, so these posted thought-provokers keep those waiting busy and interested. Helen Keller had Annie as her miracle worker, and, recently, I had PC Solutions of Cape Cod as mine. I recommend them with enthusiasm, confidence, and conviction."
